What is the
Cooperative Endeavor Program?
The Cooperative Endeavor Program consists of a written agreement
between LPA and the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and
Tourism (LCRT.) LPA distributes LCRT PSAs on a weekly basis to all
member publications, which, in turn, run the PSAs and send
tearsheets to LPA for tracking purposes.
Because of the grants provided to LPA to coordinate this service for
LCRT, dues are kept low, and additional funds are available for
educational seminars and other member benefits.
2012 is Louisiana’s Bicentennial Celebration
2012 is Louisiana’s Bicentennial Celebration year and LPA is asking
for your assistance in helping to make this year’s Cooperative
Program a great success.
Each week insertion orders for the 2x2 “200 Years of History” PSA’s
are sent. Each PSA features a different year with a fact about
Louisiana’s history. Other PSAs from the Bicentennial Celebration
series include the “One Year” ad and the “Outdoor” ad; these are
also sent out on a weekly basis.
Please run these PSA’s 1 – 2x weekly in order
for LPA to meet the criteria of the agreement. Contact Nikki Waters
at
nikki@lapress.com for more information.
